GP farming on alts and gifting to mains

Because part of our mission is to improve the game, we should make the workload for Nexon's ban system(lol) that much less.

We need to design a method to prevent this from ever being able to be abused.

My suggestions?

A pre-made "blacklist" for who you can not gift that's coded into the system(AND you can not edit the names that Nexon put in there):

Accounts that are of the same IP address as yourself. If you try to gift your own account some items, you'll get the "0 NX/GP items have been gifted" error that shows up at the end, with the explanation that the person on the blacklist is of your IP address.

It's not a major issue at this point in time. Let's focus on other things for the time being.

The only way I see this being a problem is if people do what you did.

If you have an alt and actually play games with it (not just sit afk), then gift yourself something, there is no difference between just earning Gp on your main account to start with.

The way to prevent this is, of course, the auto kick. You could just sit there and press a key every now and then, but if your going to be at your keyboard doing that you minds as well just play. It will get you more Gp in the end.

I'm pretty sure there already is an auto-kick poping. Not positive though.

AFK bots are just as annoying as afks farming GP ._.
The auto-kick is being inactive for about 5 mins I believe.

I think the only way to get rid of such people, people who farm GP by going afk in a game is to decrease idle time to auto-kick. To reduce number of AFK bots is, if you don't move your feet within 1 min of your respawn, you get booted to lobby.

So I should just play normally on an alt and gift GP to main? That's a better idea.

Guys, look into mrfarhan's idea. That might help prevent OPK hackers as well.
