This site needs more admins

If things are allowed to continue the way they are right now, then slayer of 1 will be the only admin on the site.

To the Nexon community, it will look as if we are hypocrites.

I propose that we have an entirely new FFCA "job" called moderators.

They: Enforce forum rules

Always check the General Suggestions board to see if anyone made any noteworthy suggestions for things we should add to the site

Are impartial like judges in a Supreme Court

Prevent flaming of any sort. This does NOT MEAN SIMPLY LOCKING THE THREAD. This means being a mature adult and telling the flamer to stop being a dick, and telling the flamee to either excuse the flamer since he'll be given a proper punishment, OR if flamee provoked flamebait, then he/she must be instructed what he/she is doing wrong which is causing said flames.

Comply to petitions and such that try to push for something to change on this forum. i.e. Adding in a certain forum.

Basically, every responsibility a police officer, therapist, and judge has.

I'm all for the distribution of power, do not get me wrong.

However, the member count of this site is still increasing. The responsibilities that this site requires (for now) can be handled by one person.

In the future (perhaps the near future), if this site's member count expands at a larger rate, the responsibilities of moderation and other administrative actions will surely become more demanding, at which point, I'll be more than willing to delegate a few responsible, active FFCA-forumers as FFCA moderators.

Also, if I am unable to be as active on this site as I previously anticipated (school can be a bitch), and this site needs cosmetic/functional reformations, I'll be more than willing to delegate someone as a site administrator, so that appropriate changes can be made to the site if/when needed.

However, this isn't (entirely) my decision. It's a poll. I'm merely presenting my opinion. If the members of the FFCA truly feel the need for more forum administration/moderation, then so be it; I'll look into giving some people those responsibilities right away.

You did get my PM on judges, correct? Would be a decent partial administrative class, to keep the trolls at bay while you're on leave. The problem however, would simply be that they would not have ultimate power; they would be moderators, not admins.

If school is overwhelming you, PLEASE give at least one other FFCA member admin status so that all the suggestions and requests being made for improvements on the FFCA website don't take thrice as long to be answered or responded to by an admin.
