So what you mean is have Nexon officially confirm what is a glitch or not? As in no more ambiguous answers? Hmm. Nexon loves being vague, so I'm not sure if they'd agree on this.

Post a new thread about it, and see what other FFCA members think. I personally think you're being a bit too hopeful Nexon will 100% cooperate. But try anyways. Won't know if you don't try, eh?

I think I'm gonna go start a thread in the Nexon forums called,

" List all the glitches you've experienced in CA " .

Hopefully the thread gets many replies and then we can put together a list here in FFCA and push for Nexon to release official statements on whether it is a bannable offence.

After lag, what is MOST LIKELY that people want FFCA to fix is hacks, then the 3rd most voted on the poll was bugs/glitches if I remember to correctly. Community got 0 votes though, that made me lol.

Community problems is not something Nexon can fix.
I don't think it's that dire anyway.
