Overview:
A brief explanation of why certain things need to be done, use this post itself as an example for how the should look like. So the first portion will be the overview, so in this case I'll explain why we would need a format for the official FFCA releases. Most players don't have the patience to read a wall o' text, so give them a small sample or summary. Limit it to about a paragraph, somewhere between 5-7 lines. It'll set the tone & help them connect the dots.

  • Main Point 1
Really this should explain your first point, say in a few lines what that certain thing will accomplish.
It should be around 3-4 lines, just explain how it should be implemented. If you find yourself writing more than a paragraph just link to the corresponding forum topic, use this method to further explain.
    1. You should really use numbered bullets to list reasons or break-down a thought into easier to clumps. But use them sparingly.
    2. The regular bullets should be used to signal significant topics within the statement.

A really big thing you should do is to avoid introducing, or linking this idea to another one.
Just try to keep this one as distinct as you can, don't worry the forumers here will help you.

Maybe write it in a attractive style instead of just stating fact after fact and make different paragraphs (dunno if that is an english word lolz) to make the text more attractive
